Buhari to sign revised 2020 budget today

President Muhammadu Buhari is set to sign the revised 2020 budget passed by the National Assembly in June, Bashir Ahmad confirmed. Bayern Munich have agreed to sign German star, Leroy Sane from Manchester City for £54.8m in a five-year deal.
